We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you have your account, or as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you.

Right to be forgotten

You can request to have ALL data that we have stored on you to be erased from our systems. To do this please email us here and include your registered email account, name or order number.
We will remove all data held on you from our database and anonymise any previous orders placed with us, which means that you will not be able to login to your account or have access to any previous order invoices.
Please note: Data is still retained in secure backups for 7 days after we have processed your right to be forgotten request.
